To achieve our growth objectives, we invite you to join us on a long-term basis (permanent contract) within an expanding international company located in Sprimont.
Your Mission ? As an Office Assistant, your role is to ensure smooth and efficient administrative management, high-quality onboarding, and unfailing organization.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for :
- Creating and managing grant applications with Belgian organizations such as AWEX ;
- Organizing events like family days, company meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions. You will ensure that all required materials are available for each event ;
- Providing a warm and welcoming onboarding experience for new colleagues. This includes preparing their equipment, administrative follow-up, knowledge transfer, and orientation programs…;
- Managing the delivery and return of company vehicles ;
- Ensuring that office supplies and essentials (stationery, beverages, fruit baskets, etc.) are available for all employees …;
- Proofreading and supporting the documentation of team members’ skills and knowledge;
- Implementing new procedures and monitoring their updates ;
- Assisting with internal and external communications.
You’re the ideal Office Assistant if :
- You hold a bachelor’s degree and ideally have some experience in a similar role ;
- You have excellent English skills (B2 level). Spanish and/or Italian are a plus ;
- You’re highly collaborative and enjoy teamwork, whether with your direct colleagues or other departments (e.g., marketing) ;
- You’re a good listener and enjoy finding the right solutions to assist others ;
- You’re skilled at prioritizing and organizing tasks, easily juggling between multiple responsibilities ;
- You’re proactive and responsive, which allows you to handle requests effectively and maintain smooth processes.
